Moving to and from Standard Offer

If you are currently a customer of a competitive supplier (Nonregulated Power Producer, or NPP) and want to switch back to standard offer you should first contact your current competitive supplier. Most term contracts include provisions for the competitive supplier to retain you as a customer until you (or they) terminate the agreement. In many cases you may be assigned to a variable rate at the end of your term. Please allow sufficient time before your next meter read date for the termination request to be processed. This same process should be followed when enrolling with a new competitive supplier.

If you have not switched to a competitive supplier and wish to remain on standard offer there's nothing you need to do.
