For Generators: Visit the site to submit an application for eligibility as a Renewable Energy Resource facility. All applications are now processed and filed on-line. Simply create an account to log-in and complete application process.
For Obligated Retail Energy Suppliers: All Compliance filings will be processed and filed on-line. Annual compliance filings are due no later than July 15 each year. Updated instructions and forms for the most recent Compliance Year will be posted no later than May 1 each year.
