The Public Utilities Commission (PUC) gives notice of proposed rulemaking proceeding to amend rules entitled "Rules and Regulations Governing the Termination of Residential Electric, Gas and Water Utility Service 810-RICR-10-00-1". The proposed amendments reflect the statutory changes enacted during the 2024 Legislative session (2024 P.L. Ch. 312 & 313 New RIGL Sec. 39-1-63).

The Proposed Rules were filed with the Secretary of State using the Rhode Island Code of Regulations (RICR) Filing Application. Also includes a Public Notice of Proposed Rulemaking
