Rules and Regulations Governing the Termination of Residential Electric, Gas and Water Utility Service - Docket No. 3976 The Public Utilities Commission hereby gives Notice of Proposed Rulemaking to adopt amended Rules and Regulations Governing the Termination of Residential, Electric, Gas and Water Utility Service. The proposed rules will change the language regarding infant protection to conform with Public Law 08-44 and update Appendix A with the updated Estimated State Median Income for purposes of determining financial hardship.
