Docket No. 4069 - Rules and Regulations Governing a Long-Term Contracting Standard for Renewable Energy
Proposed Amendment to Rules (June 20, 2018):
- Notice of Proposed Rulemaking Amendment via Direct Final Process. The proposed amendment will add a definition to the word FERC under the Definitions Section of the Regulation, 1.3(A)(6). Comment period ends July 20, 2018.
Promulgation of Rules (September 2, 2009)
- In compliance with legislative mandate, R.I. Gen. Laws § 39-26.1 et seq., the Commission has initiated Docket No. 4069 for the purpose of promulgating Rules and Regulations Governing a Long-Term Contracting Standard for Renewable Energy. At September 2, 2009 open meeting, the Commission issued a Notice of Rulemaking and proposed Rules and Regulations Governing a Long-Term Contracting Standard for Renewable Energy for public comments. A public comment hearing will be held on September 29, 2009 at the Commission's office. The Commission extended the comment period until and not later than 4:00 P.M. October 13, 2009.
