The Commission hereby gives notice of proposed regulation entitled "Access to Public Records Regulation". The regulation is promulgated in accordance with Sections 38-2-1 and 42-35 of t he General Laws of Rhode Island , as amended, and set s for the specific rules and procedures applicable to access public records maintained by the Public Utilities Commission. A public hearing will Monday, May 3, 2010 @ 9:30 at the Commission's office.

Commission issues Report No. 20044 adopting new rules. The new rules "Access to Public Records Regulations' was filed with the Secretary of State for effect August 5, 2010.
