Docket No. 4873 - Proposed Rulemaking to 1) Amend PUC's Rules of Practice and 2) Adopt Regulations entitled "Additional Requirements for Filings of General Rate Schedule Changes

Status of Docket: Closed.

The PUC hereby gives notice that it has initiated this docket to promulgate regulations. The PUC proposes to amend the existing Rules of Practice and Procedure. The existing two Parts of the Rules of Practice will be separated and proposed into two standalone rules to be entitled: (1) Rules of Practice and Procedure, 810-RICR-00-001, and (2) Additional Requirements for Filings of General Rate Schedule Changes, 810-RICR-00-005. These regulations have been formatted into the Rhode Island Code of Regulations (RICR) Code Format.
