Power Sector Transformation Initiative

In response to the continuing modernization of Rhode Island’s electric system Governor Gina M. Raimondo has asked the Rhode Island Public Utilities Commission, the Office of Energy Resources and the Division of Public Utilities and Carriers to design a new regulatory framework for Rhode Island’s electric system.
